Returns

Your satisfaction with the products that we sell is extremely important to us. We will accept returns within 30 Days of purchase on most products. (10 Days for gelcoat). Custom Color Gelcoats, Awlgrip Topside, Metallics, and Awlcraft colors are not returnable unless they were a factory-packed color. Returned items must be in new, and unused condition. They must contain all parts, documents, and manuals and be packed in the original packaging. Please read the conditions below before starting the return process.

To start the return process please email us at info@BottomPaintStore.com with the order number, the product being returned, customer name, address, email, and phone number. We will then issue you a RGA # (Return Goods Authorization Number) with instructions on which location and address to return the products.

Notice: Not all items are stocked at each warehouse location. Returns will not be accepted without a proper RGA #.
If on rare occasions, your shipment arrives damaged, please email us pictures of the damaged items, along with your order information so we can send out the replacement product(s) as soon as possible.

Conditions

  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. (10 Days for gelcoat) 
  • Please allow 7-10 days for your credit to show up on your account.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. This includes shipping charges incurred by Bottom Paint Store for sending items with "free shipping" offers or promotions for "free shipping" orders.
  • If the item is delivered defective, please email us ASAP. We will send you a replacement and pick up the item, and you will not be responsible for any additional charges in this case.
  • Shipping charges: All shipping charges associated with returning a product are the responsibility of the buyer. Products must be returned to the correct location warehouse location with an approved RGA number. Products shipped to the wrong location will be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Restocking fees: NO restocking fee if returned within 30 days on most items. Gelcoat/Resins will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Freight Line Products: All damaged products shipped via freight must be refused. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before acceptance. If you accept damaged goods, there is no way to return the goods for a refund.
  • Warranty issues are handled through the respective manufacturers. We will do all we can to help you with this process, but we do not take returns that are warranty issues.
